Generator sets are specially developed for the needs of digital currency mining in different regions. The machine room and generator set are integrated in one container, which is very easy to operate. And the entire power generation cost of the natural gas unit is very low. There are many ways to fan the machine room, including air cooling and liquid cooling, and the design depends on the customer’s needs.

① Hot water power refers to the total heat that can be recovered by the system when all flue gas and cylinder jacket water are recovered into hot water: the outlet water temperature is 70℃-90℃;

② Steam thermal power refers to the heat that can be recovered by the system when flue gas is heat recovered to produce 8bar saturated steam; when a hot water and steam dual recovery system is used, the maximum hot water power = hot water power – steam thermal power;

③ Biogas consumption is calculated based on 60% methane and a low calorific value of 21.53MJ/Nm³ gas source;

Conventional energy characteristics: Calorific value refers to GB/T 2589-2020 “General Principles for Comprehensive Energy Consumption Calculation”

Biogas: Main components CH4 and CO2 Calorific value ≈25MJ/kg C/H≈1/4 (0.250)

The significance of biogas utilization in terms of carbon emissions: Using 1Nm3 of biogas to generate electricity is equivalent to reducing 15Nm3 of CO2 gas emissions.
